To initiate a cancellation, you must send an email to as telephone cancellations are not accepted. If you've accessed the online training materials, the course becomes non-refundable due to access granted. Any course-related materials must be returned in their original, unopened packaging, and the cost of return shipping is your responsibility, with recorded delivery recommended. If materials are opened or used, a 30% fee will be deducted from your refund to cover incurred costs. Refunds will be processed within thirty days upon receipt of both your cancellation notice and returned materials in a resalable condition. For those on flexible payment plans, refunds are available only if cancellation occurs within 14 days of enrolment. If cancelling an order for machines or appliances, a 10% deduction and you must cover return postal charges if the item has been shipped.
